Now that I have a fourth fully functional computer at my disposal, I am wondering what to do with the excess of computer power I now have at my disposal. The number could actually be five when I get around to putting a new hard drive in the box that once was my R&D computer and this is not a problem since my current ÜberPuter has four hard drives with one not being wired up though I would have to take the time out of my busy day to shut it down for awhile, stopping the human genome research that it is undertaking, but then again if I'm very careful, I could conceivably do it on the fly without turning it off. This is a very risky undertaking though and should only be used as a last resort.
So what to do? Should I have a new R&D computer? Or should I give it away to someone who is in need of twenty-first century technology? The former is satisfying to my over clocked brain, though the latter generally makes me feel all warm and fuzzy...
hhhhhmmmm, I could use it as a server if I felt like networking all the home computers...
But the joy of running strange and little explored OSs is great and thrill of crashing the system is strong...
Oh well, I'll probably wipe the hard drive and give it a fresh outlook on life and give it to one of my non-geek family members...
This may be the answer, but there is so much to ponder...
And pondering is what I do best with this here over clocked brain o' mine...
This is the Word of the AntiCrust...
Praise be the Word...
